Three physical elevator models, each one testing and refining the mechanism further.
A hands-on invention project: a small-scale working elevator, rebuilt across three iterations to push the mechanism, structure and control system further each time.
The first elevator model established the core mechanism and gave me a physical platform for testing the system.
The second model refined the structure and mechanism, moving the project into a more controlled iteration.
The third model pushed the system further with a more complete control approach and a more advanced physical build.
